Enquiries

The business, collaboration and community forms collect the details you choose to enter, including your name, email, contact information, organization, location, service requirements and message. This may include an approximate budget, preferred timeline and audit request. Required fields are marked. We use them to respond to your enquiry and arrange the next step. Do not include sensitive personal information.

Delivery and CRM

When installed in WordPress, submitted enquiries are sent to the configured business inbox. A CRM provider receives commercial enquiry details only if the operator enables that integration. CRM is disabled in the delivered configuration; this notice must identify the provider and any additional purposes before it is enabled. The theme does not create a separate database of enquiry messages.

WhatsApp and external links

Preparing a WhatsApp draft happens in your browser. Choosing “Review & send in WhatsApp” opens WhatsApp and passes the current draft to that service; you choose whether to send it. The platform’s own terms and privacy policy apply. Other external websites have independent practices.

Analytics and preferences

Optional Google Analytics only loads if the operator configures a measurement ID and you choose to allow analytics. Essential preference storage remembers your motion and cookie choices. The site has no advertising tracker, newsletter subscription or affiliate product tracking in the launch configuration.

Technical processing and retention

WordPress, hosting and email providers may process technical records such as request logs. The contact handler temporarily stores a hashed rate-limit identifier to discourage repeated submissions. Enquiry information is kept in the recipient inbox for the time needed to respond and manage the relationship; there is no automatic inbox deletion schedule in this theme. We review whether information is still needed and consider deletion requests, subject to obligations that require retention. Hosting and email providers apply their own logging and retention policies.

Your choices

You can decline analytics, change cookie preferences, withdraw permission for further contact or ask to access, correct or delete information shared with us. Email praneraomarketing@gmail.com with your request or privacy complaint, addressed to Praneeth Rao. Withdrawing contact permission does not undo prior processing. We may ask for proportionate confirmation of identity before disclosing personal information. Applicable rights depend on the context and law.

Security and updates

Access controls, updates and the hosting configuration support the website’s security. No system can guarantee absolute security. The operator should review this policy when integrations or data practices change. Updated 1 October 2026.
